Tellus reserves the right to update the interest rate of Tellus Boost Accounts at any time. No user is required to make a purchase in any form to earn the advertised interest yield. Limit one account per user.

** Backed by the underlying real estate, Tellus user APY daily interest payments are made independent of Tellus real estate lending returns.
