There’s a distribution hiccup caused by the Google Play Store that’s keeping us apart! Fortunately, we have a solution for you. You may be having some trouble if you’re on Android and have updated your app on 02/02/2022.
Follow these instructions to regain access:
Close the Tellus App
Close the Google Play store and/or “Force Stop” the Google Play Store app (Settings>Select ‘Google Play Store’>choose Force Quit).
*This will cause the Google Play Store app to grab the latest version of the app.*
Re-open the Google Play store and search for Tellus App or use the direct link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zilly.zilly&hl=en
Re-check the app version is set to 2.32.0 from the Google Play store, which can be found near the bottom of the Tellus App download page
Update the app to version 2.32.0 or re-install the app if you’ve uninstalled it
Re-open the Tellus App
